To start things off, we have a very special invitation:.

.......LOCAL POTLUCK & NATHAN'S 60th Birthday Party

THURSDAY OCTOBER 15th: We invite you all to come and celebrate Nathan's 60th birthday with us at this month's local Organic Raw Food and Vegan Potluck to be held 5-7PM at the Green Earth Market in Oneonta NY. Please bring an organic raw food dish or vegan dish to share and a place setting.

AFTERWARDS: We will be attending a panel discussion at SUNY ONEONTA in the Hunt Room entitled "You Are What You Eat- What Do You Eat?" at 7 PM.

GO NATHAN!!! If you cannot join us in Oneonta please join us now in wishing Nathan 60 more healthy, creative and abundant years on this incredibly beautiful and bountiful planet Earth in the Milky Way Galaxy of our Universe.

......NOVEMBER 19TH EVENT: Mark your calendars now for next month's special event - You dont want to miss this one on Monday, November 19th at the Green Earth, 7 PM, Raw Food Authors, Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes (see pic's of them at the end of the newsletter) will be making their premier visit to Oneonta. Tickets are $15. We hope to attract people from the surrounding area so let your friends in upstate NY know about this. And if you are coming from further away we have two raw B&Bs in the area including http://www.turquoisebarn.com where Matt and Angela will be staying and rooms may also be available at .

MATT MONARCH: He's author of ‘Raw Spirit’ & 'Raw Success' and is a Raw Food Educator that has been eating 100% raw for nearly 10 years now.You can learn more about him at www.rawsuccess.org.

ANGELA STOKES: She lost over 150lbs and overcame morbid obesity with a raw food lifestyle. She is author of the books Raw Emotions and Raw Reform. She has a blog www.rawreform.com. Her news video on CNN was the most watched feature of the year. You can watch it here. Together they run theThe Raw Food World TV Show and the Raw Food World Store (type in coupon code: "honeymoon" for a 7% discount through the end of October). Last summer we were at their wedding in Oregon. We made a video of the event: Raw Union.
