Lots of exciting things happening here. Lots to be thankful for. Lots of new friends to meet and old friends to be grateful for.

Thanks to Avai for our first raw gourmet food class in Oneonta.  It was incredibly successful.  The food was delicious, the company was delightful and the recipes were easy to reproduce with the right kitchen equipment. Melinda has made several raw vegan Pumpkin Nut Cheesecakes to share for the holidays.  YUM! Speaking of Avai, she will be returning for a brief visit and a rawfood potluck meal on Dec 27th at 4PM- the place is yet to be decided.  All are welcome and Avai promises to bring us a special holiday treat. We have been working very diligently on our site, www.raw-wisdom.com. It changes daily, so keep visiting. Just about everything on the site is new.  We now have the following:

a) Slideshow of Avai's class. 
b)  Intro to Raw-Wisdom and Raw-Wisdom Revolution
c)  List and description of major research studies supporting vegetarian, vegan, raw-vegan lifestyle
d) Nathan's life story (Melinda's bio soon to come)
