MELINDA’S LIFELINE March 24, 2009 – Age 0- 54 in 10 year increments

Have you ever created a lifeline for yourself?

Here’s what you do.  You plot your life from 0 years old to the age you are now.  Divide the line in 5 or 10 year increments.  Above the line is positive, below the line is negative.  Plot your life out according to your overall experience for that time era..  Wait a few years and do it again.  You will notice a difference.  As we age we heal certain areas of our past and they become less prominent, then other areas become more dominant.  Look at the time period that is equal to where you are now if there is somewhere in your past that is.  Ask yourself what reminds you of that time period now.    This is a fantastic exercise to get to know yourself and your life’s adventure… to understand your soul’s purpose here better.
